Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much do your services cost?
Prices vary based on the number of people, the location, and the timing. Please reach out to discuss your needs and we can provide you with a quote!
  • Do you offer any follow-on support after a training?
Yes! Once we've established a relationship, we are happy to come in as a facilitator to help you with brainstorming sessions, retrospectives, and more. It's good to consider an outside facilitator for collaborative team sessions for a few reasons: An outside facilitator is unbiased, so we'll help you consider lots of different perspectives and we won't have any stake in the decisions you ultimately make. Facilitators help keep conversations and activities on track - we aren't afraid to put things in the "parking lot" to keep the workshop moving towards it's end goal! Facilitators can introduce new activities and exercises to your workshops, helping to reignite your team's creativity and enthusiasm when you're feeling stuck or out of ideas. Your teams are busy and workshops require a lot of prep work!
  • Do you offer any other types of training?
If you have a different workshop topic in mind, we are more than happy to co-create a tailored experience specifically for your needs. Please reach out! We'll always be honest about if we think it's a good fit or not.
  • Who should attend your training series?
This training series is meant for all levels to help them think differently about how they approach problems. However, some parts of the modules are tailored towards people with management-level responsibilities who are responsible for driving initiatives and projects forward.
  • Can you do your workshop for hybrid, remote, and in-person teams?
Yes to all! However, we do believe that this training is best delivered in-person. For hybrid and remote, we incorporate online whiteboard tools so everyone has equal opportunity to contribute and participate in the exercises.
  • What if my team isn't familiar with online whiteboard tools?
We'll make sure your team is familiar with the whiteboard tool, either with a separate intro session or with warm-up activities at the beginning of the workshop.
  • Can participants count this training towards their PMP continuing education requirements?
Our understanding is that trainings provided by third-parties count! Participants should report each course/module separately, and in case of an audit, they would need to provide some sort of letter of attendance or certificate of completion (which we can provide). We are happy to provide a summary of each module and the total number of hours for each.
